Job summary

KAR & Larrabee Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee HVAC installations from design through completion. You will plan, schedule, manage budgets, and coordinate field teams on major commercial projects.

This role requires strong leadership, client communication, and a solid understanding of codes and safety. Travel to job sites will be required; Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, budgeting, and leadership abilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and codes.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
