Job summary

MAS HVAC, located in Osseo, Minnesota, is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead production activities and manage a team during shifts. You will ensure adherence to production schedules, maintain quality, safety standards, and tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.

A successful candidate will have over 3 years of HVAC manufacturing experience, including 2 years in a leadership role. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical plans and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC manufacturing and 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, assembly, and fabrication.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations is required.
