Daikin Applied is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 2nd shift in Owatonna, MN. You will oversee manufacturing activities, coordinate cross‑functional workflows, and coach a team to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor production activities to eliminate delays and ensure adherence to production and shipping schedules.
• Assist in carrying out production objectives at the lowest cost, while maintaining quality requirements.
• Assure safety and product quality while improving production procedures.
• Coordinate workflow with the various departments involved.
• Reports damaged and defective equipment to management.
• Trains other employees in day-to-day procedures.
• Maintains quality/quantity standards regarding output.
• Analyzes work orders to estimate worker hours and create machining schedules that meet internal/external needs.
