Job summary

Gradian is a manufacturing partner delivering HVAC and thermal management solutions. The Production Supervisor will lead a shift of production operators, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met in a fast-paced facility in Minnesota.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate a diverse team to deliver high-quality products on time. Schedule: 2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 1:30 am, Mon-Thu.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in HVAC manufacturing with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems; assembly, metalworking, or fabrication experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and safe working practices.
• Proficient with manufacturing equipment and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of production operators, technicians, and assemblers.
• Production Management: Ensure schedules are met and products are manufactured to specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Troubleshooting: Address machine malfunctions and material shortages.
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain production data records.
• Collaboration: Work with Maintenance, Quality Control, and Supply Chain.
• Employee Development: Provide training and development opportunities.
