The Production Supervisor will oversee all production activities during the shift, managing a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role requires a hands‑on leader with expertise in HVAC production, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
