Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of production operators and technicians.
• Ensure schedules are met and products meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and address defects.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain production data and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Control, and Supply Chain.
• Provide training and development for team members.
