Job summary

Trane Technologies in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Product Support Engineer- Building Services to provide technical and marketing/sales support for Trane’s chiller portfolio, promote sustainability, and advise on the electrification and decarbonization of HVAC systems to improve energy efficiency.

You will travel to sales offices and customer sites, establish the selling story, support cross‑functional teams, price projects, and develop promotional content while training engineers in the Trane

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant industry work experience required.
2+ years of engineering related work experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Ability to travel independently up to 10% of the time required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and marketing/sales support to the service sales field organization via phone/email and direct customer interaction.
Travel to sales offices, corporate events and customer sites to support Trane Service.
Establish product selling stories and align field teams with messaging.
Assist in price projects and bid strategies; develop marketing content.
Support cross-functional projects related to new product development and marketing content.
