Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience required.
• 2+ years engineering experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and marketing/sales support to the service sales field organization through phone/email support, direct customer interaction, and pricing activity.
• Travel to sales offices, corporate events, and customer sites in support of Trane Service.
• Establish product lines’ selling story and ensure alignment across teams.
• Understand competitors' products and strategies and communicate insights to field and internal teams.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for problem solving and project work.
• Price projects and assist in bid strategies.
• Provide marketing/technical/support to peers, sales field, and external customers.
• Participate/lead in projects related to new product development and sales tools.
