Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years in a high-volume HVAC manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with DFSS, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and DOE preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and document HVAC product designs and components.
• Develop project schedules for new and existing designs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support product launches and issue resolution with manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement of design and quality.
