Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in high-volume HVAC manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of product design experience in automotive, appliance, or HVAC industries.
• Ability to mentor entry-level engineers.

Responsibilities

• Create, revamp, and sustain HVAC product designs.
• Develop project scope and manage project schedules.
• Oversee execution of test plans and system testing.
• Document product designs including bills of materials and engineering change requests.
• Resolve product-related issues through engineering solutions.
