Job summary

Trane Technologies in Clarksville, TN is seeking an Associate Engineer to join the product development team. You will work with Test Lab, Manufacturing and Product Management to create competitive HVAC equipment designs and support product validation testing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 0–2 years’ experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of HVAC/R fundamentals. Travel up to 10% domestically/internationally as needed to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Able to function as a team member on cross-functional product engineering teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design FMEAs and develop risk mitigation plans.
