Job summary

Lonestar Comfort Services in Castroville, TX is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on performing scheduled maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems to keep customers' heating and cooling running efficiently.

Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM with occasional overtime. We pride ourselves on cutting-edge technology, quality workmanship, and a supportive, local team with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HVAC training or at least 6 months of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School (strongly preferred).

What You'll Do:

As a Preventative Maintenance Technician, you'll perform scheduled maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Your goal is to deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring systems run at peak performance.

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required)

Shop Location: Castroville, TX

What We're Looking For:
