Job summary

Lonestar Comfort Services in Castroville, TX is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You’ll install residential heating and cooling systems to high standards, supervise other installers, and uphold safety on every job.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weeknights and weekends. We offer up to $45 per hour, choice of performance pay or straight hourly, and a comprehensive benefits package including 75% company-paid health insurance, 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC codes and proper installation practices.
• Excellent knowledge of tools, testing equipment, and job-site safety.
• General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems.

• Deliver clean, professional installations that create happy customers.
