• Education substitutions include college credit; prorated credit for helper or apprentice experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative and corrective electrical maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment per manufacturer standards and ASHRAE 180.
• Inspect, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot major electrical panels, lighting panels, boiler panels and related wiring.
• Repair, maintain, and install electrical systems including motors, relays, controls, and high/low voltage circuits.
• Read manuals and work orders; use CMMS to report daily maintenance and repairs performed.
• Test motors, measure amperage/voltage, and diagnose faults to ensure safe operation.
