Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Service Tech and 3+ years as a Service manager.
• Strong knowledge in State Building Codes and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Bid-on and accurately attain maintenance service agreements.
• Increase, and improve HVAC Service Department’s revenue and profitability
• Work closely with clients, and leading technicians as well as other office staff-members.
