Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in a large, commercial HVAC & Plumbing Construction company
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
• Advanced CAD reading and redlining; experience with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and BIM coordination is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new potential customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and timing of materials.
• Coordinate with Superintendent, field, safety and management teams regularly.
• Submit change-order requests, RFIs, and manage project billings for projects.
• Manage projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring compliance with state codes and safety requirements.
