Job summary

TechPro Mechanical is seeking a Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing service calls from our Westfield office. You will schedule technicians, communicate with customers, and ensure work orders move smoothly from request to completion in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate thrives on organization, handles multiple priorities, and collaborates with the Office Manager to maintain efficient daily operations while upholding service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or service coordination preferred in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or field service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and common office tools.
• Experience with Service Fusion or similar field service management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing technicians.
• Coordinate daily service calls and technician availability.
• Communicate scheduling updates professionally with customers.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as priorities shift.
• Maintain accurate work orders in the service management system.
• Collaborate with Field Service Managers on issues and requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding calls and keep customers informed.
• Support efficient daily operations with the Office Manager.
