Job summary

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Construction PM experience with a medium/large mechanical contractor.

Responsibilities

• Manage full mechanical HVAC and plumbing projects from start-up to close-out.
• Track scope, schedule, and budget from initiation to completion.
• Select and review sub-contractors as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for on-time delivery and favorable pricing.
• Attend preconstruction meetings and perform on-site visits.

Responsibilities:

• Complete full mechanical hvac and plumbing project from start-up to close-out
• Fully understand and track the project's scope, schedule and budget from start to finish
• Chose and review progress of other sub-contractors
• Work with vendors and suppliers and ensure on-time delivery and best terms and pricing for materials
• Attend preconstruction meetings
• Complete on-site visits

Requirements:

• Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Construction Project Management experience working for a medium or large mechanical contractor

Preferred:

• Bachelors in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• Prior Plumbing, Piping, or Sheet Metal field experience
• Strong estimating and scheduling software knowledge
