Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a permanent, full-time Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC/plumbing construction projects from kick-off to close-out.

You will track scope, schedule and budget, coordinate with vendors, review subcontractor progress, and participate in preconstruction meetings and on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC and plumbing PM experience with medium/large mechanical contractors.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget from start to finish.
• Ability to review progress of subcontractors and negotiate terms.

Responsibilities

• Complete full mechanical hvac and plumbing project from start-up to close-out.
• Fully understand and track the project's scope, schedule and budget from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Construction Project Management experience working for a medium or large mechanical contractor

Preferred:

• Bachelors in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• Prior Plumbing, Piping, or Sheet Metal field experience
• Strong estimating and scheduling software knowledge
