Qualifications

• 1+ years of dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
• Must be able to work onsite in the office daily.
• Pass a background check.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
• Proficient with scheduling software and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily technician schedules and adjust routes as needed.
• Prioritize emergency, same-day, and time-sensitive service calls.
• Communicate job details, customer concerns, and scheduling changes with technicians.
• Work closely with technicians, service managers, and office staff to keep jobs moving.
• Maintain accurate customer and job information in scheduling software, including ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a calm, professional, and organized approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Help maximize technician productivity while maintaining realistic schedules and travel times.
