Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls and dispatch HVAC and plumbing service calls to field technicians.
• Schedule appointments to provide prompt, convenient service and maximize technicians’ time and mileage.
• Direct technicians using radio and tracking devices; keep clients updated and informed.
