Job summary

Sobieski Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Residential Services in Newark, DE. The role leads HVAC and Plumbing service operations, manages the office team, dispatch, and inside sales to grow memberships while ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in residential HVAC, plumbing or home services.
• Experience managing customer service and dispatch operations.
• Strong understanding of capacity management and scheduling.
• Experience managing employees and KPI accountability.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong computer and reporting skills; Service Titan experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with AI‑enabled customer‑service platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance of HVAC and Plumbing Service Departments.
• Lead office team responsible for customer service, booking, dispatch, inside sales, scheduling, membership growth and retention, AI-agent management.
• Ensure proper call board coverage and optimal field capacity; assign the right technician to each call.
• Drive HVAC and Plumbing service revenue and performance goals.
• Own maintenance membership growth and retention strategy and execute campaigns through CSRs and AI channels.
• Supervise CSRs, Dispatchers, and Inside Sales; coordinate with Field Managers on execution and coaching.
