You’ll work with technicians, call center and operations teams to fill openings, book service opportunities, and document all job details.

Ideal candidates have dispatch or call center experience, are highly organized, and comfortable meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working toward performance goals.
• Dispatch, call center, HVAC/plumbing, or home-services experience preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians based on location, skill set, availability, and urgency.
• Manage and adjust the daily schedule to maximize technician productivity.
• Keep customers informed of arrival times, delays, and schedule changes.
• Monitor technician progress and make scheduling adjustments throughout the day.
• Make outbound calls to book appointments, fill openings, and follow up on service opportunities.
• Accurately document customer and job information.
• Work closely with HVAC, plumbing, call center, and operations teams.
• Help the team reach daily booking, revenue, and customer-service goals.
