Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or equivalent admin experience.
• Proficient MS 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Warranty experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate incoming warranty requests from all divisions.
• Maintain an active log of warranty activity and correspondence using Zendesk.
• Administrates collection and return of all manufacturer-required defective components.
• Administrates inventory items used for warranty and ensures proper stock replacement practices.
• Monitors pending credits due from the manufacturer.
• Oversees billable warranty charges.
• Files electronic warranty claims with the manufacturer.
• Exhibits strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Exhibits strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
• Demonstrates decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Maintains ethical relationship between end-customer and manufacturer.
