Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and respond to incoming phone inquiries.
• Identify HVAC parts, products, and solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide pricing, product availability, quotes, and order updates.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Communicate delivery expectations and help resolve order or product issues.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, repeat customers, and other clients.
• Develop knowledge of HVAC parts, equipment, and manufacturer products.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, and order information in company systems.
• Participate in product training and business-related meetings
