Parts Town is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist (Parts Expert) to assist with pricing, quotes, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns. You will join a team dedicated to top-notch customer service and high-quality standards, consistently exceeding expectations.

You will manage a high volume of inbound interactions, support order entry and status updates, identify parts, confirm pricing and availability, and coordinate with manufacturers and internal departments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a face-to-face or phone-based customer service role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable with computers and fast internet at home.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal); bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound interactions (phone and email) and deliver exceptional service.
