Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking an HVAC Parts Store Sales Specialist in Braintree, MA. You will lead the sale of HVAC parts, provide technical support, and grow the customer base while maintaining strong profit margins. This onsite role includes direct customer interaction and collaboration with internal sales teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in parts store sales, strong communication, and detail orientation. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of parts store experience or equivalent.
• HVAC counter sales experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and in-person.
• Provide technical support and process orders, warranty administration, and handle customer questions.
• Research competitive pricing to maintain solid profit margins.
• Develop a marketing strategy for the direct sales parts office to reach revenue goals.
• Promote policy enhancements and exceptions where appropriate.
• Grow the customer base and pursue new business.
• Make regular sales calls to customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
