Job summary

Daikin Applied in Braintree, MA is seeking an HVAC Sales Associate to lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through phone and in-person interactions, with a relocation plan to Taunton, MA. You will support the internal sales team with orders, inquiries, warranty administration, and issue resolution while researching market data to price inventory competitively and profitably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of HVAC and/or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through phone and in-person interactions.
• Provide technical support to the internal sales team, including order processing, product inquiries, warranty administration, and issue resolution.
• Research market and pricing data to keep inventory priced competitively while preserving profitability.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the parts sales office to meet revenue goals.
• Enhance customer policies and procedures by identifying needs and happy path exceptions where appropriate.
• Expand and grow the customer base through relationship building and new client acquisition.
• Identify and implement new sales strategies to increase overall office revenue.
• Conduct regular sales calls and customer outreach to drive business growth and maintain relationships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Location: Braintree, MA (moving to Taunton, MA)

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through both phone and in-person customer interactions
• Provide technical support to the internal sales team, including order processing, product and service inquiries, warranty administration, and customer issue resolution
• Research market and competitive pricing data to ensure inventory is priced competitively while maintaining profitability
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the parts sales office to achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Enhance customer policies and procedures by identifying needs and making appropriate exceptions when necessary
• Expand and grow the existing customer base through relationship building and new customer acquisition
• Identify and implement new sales strategies to increase overall office revenue from both existing and prospective customers
• Conduct regular sales calls and customer outreach to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 4 to 6 years of HVAC and/or sales experience required

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $30.91 - 50.96 USD Hourly in Massachusetts The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
