Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service or inside sales in HVAC/distribution preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC equipment and replacement parts preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and contractors with HVAC parts inquiries, pricing, and orders.
• Identify replacement parts using model numbers, serials, and catalogs.
• Prepare quotes and process parts orders accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing and availability.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory records in ERP.
• Support order tracking and shipment status communications.
• Assist with inventory management and parts availability checks.
• Develop knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts offerings.
