Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with the general public and/or customers.
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to read invoices, stock numbers and descriptions to identify items.
• Basic math skills including markup vs gross margin and impact on sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service in person or by phone.
• Greet customers and maintain a helpful, professional demeanor.
• Enter customer orders into the system on the same day they are received.
• Pull orders from warehouse and prepare for delivery or pickup.
• Process invoices, CODs, vendor POs, and related paperwork accurately.
