Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Ability to read invoices, catalogs, stock numbers, and descriptions to accurately identify items.
• Heavy lifting.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment to move products weighing more than 70 pounds safely.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, maintain communication with customers, and provide updates promptly.
• Complete customer sales by data entry, product verification, and payment collection.
• Provide expert-level customer service in person and by telephone.
• Warehouse duties including shipping/receiving, order processing, delivery, and inventory.
• Handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
• Work as a team with a wide range of people.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Multi-task to complete duties efficiently.
