Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and contractors with HVAC parts inquiries.
• Process sales orders, quotes, and customer transactions.
• Identify and source HVAC replacement parts and equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment.
• Receive and organize incoming shipments.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.
