Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service in person or by phone.
• Answer calls, locate items, and service customers in the branch.
• Enter customer orders and generate invoices on the same day.
• Load items for delivery and assist with loading/unloading.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work area and displays.
• Process returns, collect payments, and handle receipts or CODs.
• Educate customers on products and make recommendations.
