Qualifications

• Entry level Counter Sales role with customer service focus.
• Experience with Prophet 21 is preferred.
• Able to operate basic computer systems for invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service in person or by phone.
• Greet customers and maintain a helpful, positive demeanor.
• Enter orders in the system on the same day they are received.
• Pull orders from warehouse and assist loading/delivery as needed.
• Process invoices, CODs, and other paperwork accurately.
