Job summary

Johnstone Supply LLC in Corona, CA is seeking a friendly Counter Sales Associate I to help customers with HVAC/R product needs, provide technical information, and process quotes and orders both in-store and by phone. You will research products across catalogues, coordinate back-orders, and support smooth store operations.

You must deliver prompt, professional service, follow established SOPs, and work with the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining showroom standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ years related experience and/or training in a wholesale/retail environment.
• Experience must include front line customer service.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selections.
• Provide HVAC/R information, technical support, and processing for orders.
• Process quotes, warranties, returns, and will-call notifications.
• Research products across catalogs, websites, and stores; coordinate transfers.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and follow SOPs; support inventory counts.
• Support in-store and phone-based customer service and sales goals.
