Crystal Heating and Cooling in the Greater St. Louis Area is seeking an HVAC Parts and Service Support Specialist to coordinate parts, information, and communication for the service team.

This on-site role handles parts requests, pricing research, vendor liaison, order tracking, customer estimates, and warranty parts coordination while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring timely updates to technicians and customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience ordering and coordinating HVAC parts.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts requests from field technicians.
• Research pricing and availability of parts.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to locate parts.
• Place and track service department parts orders.
• Keep technicians updated on order status and availability.

Crystal Heating and Cooling is hiring an HVAC Parts and Service Support Specialist to help coordinate the parts, information, and communication our service team needs to take care of customers.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and working with several people throughout the day. You'll communicate with technicians in the field, work with vendors to locate and order parts, assist with customer estimates, and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks.

We're looking for someone who can prioritize effectively and stay accurate even when several requests come in at once.

Your Role

• Receiving parts requests from field technicians
• Researching parts pricing and availability
• Working directly with vendors and suppliers
• Placing and tracking service department parts orders
• Keeping technicians updated on order status and availability
• Creating customer estimates for recommended HVAC work
• Providing professional updates and assistance to customers
• Coordinating returns for unused or incorrect parts
• Processing warranty-related parts when necessary
• Maintaining accurate parts and inventory information
• Helping resolve parts issues that could delay service work

What Will Help You Succeed
