Job summary

Sunstone Credit is seeking an early-hire executive to build the HVAC vertical nationwide. You will source and onboard contractors, articulate Sunstone's value, and embed loan products into partners' sales processes.

You'll lead partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and associations, shape GTM strategies, and advise product, underwriting and operations on partner feedback to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC revenue roles or related fields.
• Proven track record in strategic partnerships and channel management.
• Willing to travel at least 40% of the time.
• Experience launching or scaling new products or verticals in SMB lending/equipment finance.
• Data-driven with credibility with senior leadership.
• Collaborative, mission-aligned builder mentality.

Responsibilities

• Source, sell to, and onboard initial commercial HVAC contractors and communicate value.
• Develop partnerships to generate significant loan volume and integrate Sunstone's products.
• Train partner sales teams and maintain relationships with partner leadership.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, distributors, buying groups to create joint GTM strategies.
