Parts Town seeks a Director, HVAC Strategic Partnerships to develop and manage executive-level relationships with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and strategic partners within the HVAC ecosystem.

This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, creating enterprise-level partnerships, and driving revenue across a portfolio of strategic relationships. The ideal candidate blends executive presence with consultative selling and deep industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, partnerships, PE relations, or enterprise account management.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of private equity ownership models and portfolio company structures.
• Experience in HVAC, distribution, building products, industrial, home services, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms active in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home services.
• Develop executive-level relationships with portfolio company leadership teams (CEOs, Presidents, COOs, operating partners).
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Create and execute account plans for key PE firms and strategic partners.
• Represent Parts Town at industry events, conferences, PE forums, and partner meetings.
