4 Seasons Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an enthusiastic In-Home A/C, Plumbing and Electrical Sales Representative to drive sales of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to homeowners.

You will meet clients in their homes, assess needs, and close customized solutions that fit their budget and requirements. The role involves energy-efficient system recommendations, warranties, financing options, and collaboration with the operations team to ensure smooth installation

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and energy efficiency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results focus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities
