Job summary
TCL North America is seeking an HVAC Technical and Field Support Specialist to join our growing team in Irvine, CA. This role focuses on resolving complex technical issues, training field partners, and driving continuous product and service improvements across TCL's HVAC and consumer electronics lines.
The ideal candidate will lead advanced troubleshooting, support technical training initiatives, and contribute to root-cause analysis with clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 4+ years in technical support, field service, or troubleshooting in HVAC or related industries.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues independently.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support across multiple channels with focus on customer satisfaction.
- Own and manage technical escalations including Level 1 and 2 troubleshooting.
- Travel to customer sites to deliver technical training and enable partners.
