Job summary

TCL North America in Minnesota is seeking a Home Comfort and HVAC Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations: S&OP, PSI, inventory, order fulfillment, data integrity, and process improvement across Comfort & HVAC and its distribution channels. Reporting to the GM, Comfort & HVAC, this role partners with Sales, Product, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and global factory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, demand planning or order fulfillment
• Strong understanding of S&OP, PSI, forecasting, inventory and order fulfillment
• Experience coordinating forecasts and aligning demand with supply
• Strong Excel and ability to develop operational reports
• Excellent communication across domestic and international stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate S&OP across Comfort & HVAC categories.
• Maintain PSI plans and reports.
• Consolidate forecasts and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and global factory teams.
• Assess demand changes, production constraints, and supply gaps; coordinate mitigations.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and PSI reporting across teams.
• End-to-end order management and fulfillment coordination.
• Monitor service levels and cost control; identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements and business analytics.
