Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Industrial Supply or HVAC experience preferred.
• Proven leadership with operations or team experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations at the customer's location.

• Ensure compliance with SSD processes and on-site inventory controls.
• Deliver operational excellence by meeting KPI targets.
