Job summary

Midea America Corp. is seeking an Operations Manager, HVAC, to serve as the single point of accountability for coordinating operations and supply chain activities across Sales, Product Management, SCM, Logistics, and customers.

You will align AP1 forecasts with business priorities, manage seasonal readiness, and work with SCM on stocking and inbound timing, while tracking revenue-at-risk and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in Operations or Supply Chain with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in HVAC, appliances, or seasonal product businesses preferred.
• Strong forecasting, inventory, and order-fulfillment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales, Product Management, SCM, Logistics, and customers to resolve issues and track commitments.
• Align AP1 forecasts with Sales, Product Management, and SCM reflecting seasonal demand and supply constraints.
• Develop stocking and replenishment plans with SCM balancing service and inventory exposure.
• Monitor revenue-at-risk and coordinate recovery actions with cross-functional teams.
