Responsibilities

• Develop a culture of performance excellence to drive growth.
• Drive HVAC department sales through training and development of field technicians.
• Maintain operational excellence with invoicing, inventory control, safety, and reporting.
• Coach technicians on increasing ticket size, closing rates, and revenue.
• Provide ongoing product and sales training to the team.
• Promote lead generation and monitor call backs and warranties.
• Address escalated customer concerns to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• No on-call needed.
