This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, developing our sales leaders and team, and creating a consistent, repeatable sales process across the company.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, results-driven, and passionate about building a sales organization that can support significant growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in residential home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Experience leading sales in a highly profitable organization.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Record of developing salespeople and sales managers, not just closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Own overall sales performance across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales managers and salespeople.
• Build and implement a consistent, company-wide sales process.
• Establish clear KPIs, goals, and accountability standards.
• Analyze conversion, ticket sizes, lead utilization, and profitability.
• Manage sales forecasting and performance reporting.
• Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and profitability.
• Develop leaders who can grow their teams and capabilities.
