Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration is hiring an Operations Manager in Tampa, FL to lead the RSR departments across satellite locations. You will collaborate with the leadership team, branch managers, and service teams to sustain high-quality service, improve productivity, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least five years in HVAC field experience, strong people management skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• HVAC field experience of at least 5 years.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with low & high voltage wiring.
• Prior experience in managing employees.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• EPA Certification.
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Spanish speaking ability preferred.
• Background check and drug screen completed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HVAC workflow at satellite locations.
• Set sales/productivity goals with leaders across branches.
• Forecast capacity and hire/train to meet goals.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans.
• Address service quality deficiencies with customers.
• Manage inspection program for compliance.
• Coordinate service technicians and apprentices for efficiency.
• Maintain service department profitability.
• Grow the service team in satellite locations.
• Prioritize safety in the workplace.
