Legacy Heating & Cooling is recruiting an HVAC Operations Manager to lead daily operations across Spokane, WA and Hayden, ID, focusing on installation operations while coaching field teams and improving workflows. The role requires strong leadership in commercial/industrial HVAC and proven success managing multiple teams and complex projects.

You will drive scheduling, budgeting, safety, and customer satisfaction, partnering with ownership on strategic initiatives to support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial or industrial HVAC operations.
• Strong commercial and industrial HVAC installation experience required.
• Proven success managing multiple teams and complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance.
• Strong computer proficiency and business systems experience.
• Ability to build relationships with field teams, customers, vendors, and leadership.
• Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

HVAC Operations Manager

Location:

Spokane, WA and Hayden, ID (approximately 50/50 between both locations)

Compensation:

$45 - $55 per hour + Performance Incentives

Legacy Heating & Cooling is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to help drive our continued growth. With installation representing the majority of our business, we're seeking a leader who understands commercial and industrial HVAC projects, develops high-performing teams, and creates efficient processes that keep projects moving safely, on time, and on budget.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who excels at building accountability, supporting field teams, and improving operational performance across multiple departments.
