[KEY DUTIES]

• Oversee daily HVAC and plumbing service/installation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, workflow, job-site performance, quality control, and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop field personnel while ensuring exceptional workmanship, professionalism, customer service, and accountability.
• Support estimating, equipment/material selection, proposals, and the development and growth of residential and commercial service agreements.

[REQUIREMENTS]

• Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical contracting, or a related service/installation environment, with strong operational or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, service calls, customer relations, and field operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively with ownership, office staff, technicians, and customers.

[DETAILS]

• 35-45/hour, based on experience, with future performance-based incentive opportunities tied to the growth of the company's service agreement program.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with up to a 3% company match; discounted supplemental insurance through Aflac; take-home company vehicle with fuel card.
• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM - full-time leadership position working directly with ownership and both office and field teams.
