Job summary

Laphcc seeks an experienced General Manager in the Richmond/Ashland, VA area to lead a high-performing HVAC organization. The role oversees daily operations, drives financial performance, and mentors teams to foster accountability and excellence.

Responsibilities include coordinating service, installation, and admin functions, managing budgets and KPIs, and shaping growth strategies. A Virginia HVAC license and 5–10 years of management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia HVAC License required.
• 5–10 years of progressive HVAC management experience.
• Experience leading multi-department HVAC operations (service & installation).
• Strong experience using ServiceTitan or similar HVAC software.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to service, installation, sales, and administrative teams.
• Oversee day-to-day HVAC operations including service, maintenance, installation, and customer support.
• Monitor KPIs and drive operational excellence and profitability.
• Develop and mentor managers, supervisors, and team members.
• Drive growth strategies to increase market share and customer retention.
