Job summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow a high-performing HVAC organization in the Richmond/Ashland, VA market, with an active Virginia HVAC license and 5–10 years of multi-department leadership. You will oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and mentor managers across service, installation, and administration.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia HVAC license is required.
• 5-10 years of progressive management experience within HVAC.
• Proven experience leading multi-department HVAC operations (service and installation).
• Strong experience using ServiceTitan or similar HVAC service management software.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and unify teams toward goals.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, P&Ls, and performance metrics.
